The East Coast Renegades  were formulated in 2008 from the basketball and history of Coach Glen Mauldin....

 

Coach Glen also graduated from the Hartford Public School System.  He has spent many years coaching our young men and women in various recreational leagues throughout the city.  He created the Mary L. Miller Memorial Youth Basketball Tournament in 2003.  He was the boys coach at University High School of Science and Engineering.  He is also currently the Director of the Elementary and Middle School Leagues in Hartford.

 

 

THE EAST COAST RENEGADES  reflects the efforts of his vision.  The name not only incorporates how proud we are of the City of Hartford, CT but also includes the ability of spreading all that is good about our city in and outside of Hartford.  Together with our dedicated parents, volunteers, teachers and other community leaders our family will continue to MOVE ON UP !!
